To make the tealight lantern I used:
White thread and red
A little padding
Glue
Cardboard or plastic to reinforce the base and the cover, and a roll of toilet paper or cardboard tube depending on the height you want
Rhodoid (transparent rigid paper) or cut a cylinder from a plastic bottle
Wool needle
My balls are 3.5 crochet hook 3.
A light garland or electric candles according to your choices
And what to decorate your lantern (pearls, rhinestones, ribbons etc ...)
I got a lantern of about 18cm just for the lantern and
40 cm with the foot.
