To make Little Red Riding Hood I used:
Natural for the skin, red (more than 2 balls), cream, a little black, brown, yellow for the hair (in acrylic if you want to brush them)
For the eyes you can make them by superimposing ovals of white felt then a smaller blue then black or put 10mm safety eyes. I put painted eyes.
Padding
Wool needle
Ribbons, lace, pearl rhinestone tulle or other decorations of your choice
My balls are 3.5 crochet hook 3.
I got a character of about 40cm
